  1. This poster confirms my own experiences with online research consultations so thank you! I use Calendly instead of bookings and Zoom instead of Teams but my observations are similar (mostly graduate students). I also love how you assessed the use of the service.

  2. This was great to read. My institution also has reference appointments though we use LibCal (Springshare) and either Webex, Zoom (I support it but the institution doesn’t), or in phone for appointments.
